Scope of Services & Scheduling
Cassandra Ruys offers evidential mediumship sessions and intuitive case consultation services. Her work is grounded in integrity, discernment, and respect for the individual, Spirit, and the investigative process.
Evidential mediumship sessions are focused on meaningful connection, validation, and spiritual insight. These sessions are not predictive in nature and are not intended to provide guidance on relationships, finances, or future outcomes.
This work is not a substitute for medical, legal, law enforcement, financial, or psychological advice. I encourage all clients to seek licensed professionals for guidance in those areas.
All sessions are conducted with respect, confidentiality, and ethical responsibility, honoring both Spirit and the individual receiving the session.
Intuitive case consultations are offered for families, and investigative professionals and follow a separate review process prior to acceptance. Case work is not scheduled through standard session booking. No specific outcome, connection, information, communication, or result can be guaranteed. Every session is unique and unfolds differently based on the circumstances of the individual or sitter and the nature of the communication received.
Services are provided for individuals 18 years of age or older.
All client information is treated with respect and confidentiality and will not be shared except where required by law. Information provided through intuitive case consultation is advisory in nature and is not evidence. Clients are encouraged to continue working with qualified investigative, legal, and law enforcement professionals where appropriate.
Services are not intended for crisis intervention, emergency situations, or urgent mental health concerns. Individuals experiencing an emergency should contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.Clients remain responsible for any personal decisions, actions, or interpretations made following a session or consultation.
Scheduling, Payment and Cancellations
Session availability is shared by email when new openings are released. When availability opens, clients receive a private booking link where appointments are scheduled directly.
Sessions are confirmed upon payment at the time of booking and are offered on a first-come basis.
Payment secures and reserves your appointment time. Because availability is limited, all services are non-refundable once booked and paid.
Evidential mediumship sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Case consultations begin once payment is received and are not rescheduled or refunded.
If Cassandra must cancel a scheduled session or consultation for any reason, the appointment will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
